Utilizing the industry"s newest and most innovative equipment will ensure a
defendant adheres to court ordered programs. Our real times GPS device,
equipped with cellular communication capabilities allow monitoring personnel
and the defendant to speak directly with each other no matter the location or time
of day.
Web Based tracking programs include exclusionary zones to monitor a
defendant's specific geographic restrictions, as well as record current and past
history records, indefinitely. We also provide the latest real time drug and alcohol
monitoring equipment.
If a violation occurs our 24-monitoring center, which is US standards NENA 911
call center complaint, will report the incident for immediate action. For added
security and dependability all data is stored in a highly secure, steel reinforce
concrete walled data bunker with three data communication egress points
significantly reducing risk of network failure.
We at CMS are not new at the inner workings of the judicial system; our owner has
been a successful Bail Bondsman and Fugitive Recovery Agent for over 24 years.
This professional exposure to the courts, prosecutors, lawyers, jail staff and
defendants make us the perfect liaison to all parties involved.
